Treat your group to a cocktail-themed happy hour that combines engaging history and interactive demos. Join drinks historian Elizabeth Pearce as she regales you with tales of some of the most famous (and infamous) people, places, and events that informed the creation of these classic drinks.

How much and for whom?

$350 for one cocktail demo, $500 for two.
No more than 10 participants.

Time needed

60 minutes for one demo; 90 minutes for two.

What's included

  • History presentation, including one or two cocktail demos.
  • Participants can engage with Elizabeth directly any time during the demo or presentation.
  • Recipe sheet so guests can prepare ahead of time to mix along. (Non-alcohol recipe variants available upon request.)

$300 for up to 20 participants.
$10 per additional participant.

Up to 45 minutes

  • Two breaks to answer participant questions submitted via chat.
