Making a Purchase

  1. What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?

    Call Elizabeth at 504-578-8280.

  2. Can I cancel and get a refund?

    We do not offer refunds. However, if you’d like to change your reservation to a different date, please call Elizabeth at 504-578-8280 no later than 24 hours before your purchased experience or the new experience you wish to take (whichever is first).

  3. Is my purchase transferable?

    Yes, you may transfer your purchase to another party up to 24 hours before your Cocktail Tour or Virtual Happy Hour. Please call Elizabeth at (504) 578-8280 to arrange.

  4. Does Drink & Learn accommodate non-drinkers?

    Yes, provided you are over 21, you may still attend a Drink & Learn experience. For more information, please call Elizabeth at 504-578-8280.

Cocktail Tour

  1. Does The Cocktail Tour stop at any bars?

    No. While you will learn about the many of the French Quarter’s lovely watering holes, the tour will not stop at any bars.

  2. What do I need to bring with me to the Tour?

    You MUST bring your order number from your confirmation email. Water will be provided in addition to your cocktails. We recommend not showing up with an empty stomach (it is two hours of drinking, after all).

  3. Do you accept walk-ups for the Cocktail Tour?

    No, we do not. Due to the preparation required for the tour, we cannot accept walk-ups. However, you may call Elizabeth at 504-578-8280 up to one hour before the start of a tour to see if you and your party can be accommodated.

  4. Do you offer private Tours?

    Yes, we do. Contact Elizabeth directly at (504) 578-8280 for rates and availability.

  5. How long is Cocktail Tour?

    Each tour lasts approximately 2 hours and includes about a mile of walking.

  6. What happens with The Cocktail Tour if it rains?

    The tour goes every week regardless of the weather, so please dress appropriately. In the case of extremely bad weather, Elizabeth will contact to reschedule or issue a refund.

  7. Do I have to be 21 to attend a Cocktail Tour?

    Yes. No exceptions (sorry).

Virtual Happy Hours

  1. How do I access my Virtual Happy Hour?

    In order to attend your Virtual Happy Hour, you MUST first have a Zoom account AND register for the session. You will receive an email from Zoom inviting you to register (and sign up for an account if you don’t have one). Once you have successfully registered, Zoom will send you the link to the class and Elizabeth will send you the recipe card for the drink featured in your Happy Hour.

  2. Help! I can’t get into my Virtual Happy Hour!

    Don’t Panic! First, make sure you have registered for the Zoom class (check your original confirmation email for a link). If you are unable to register or are having any other issues, please call Elizabeth at 504-578-8280.

  3. Do I need to bring anything to my Virtual Happy Hour?

    Nothing but your smiling face. If, however, you plan to mix your drink along with Elizabeth, make sure to read through the recipe card ahead of time to ensure you have all the necessary supplies and ingredients. And don’t forget to get ice!
