  1. What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?

    Call Elizabeth at (504) 578 8280.

  2. Do you accept walk-ups?

    No, we do not. Due to the preparation required for the Experience, we cannot accept walk-ups. However, you may contact Elizabeth by phone up to one hour before the start of an Experience to see if you and your party can be accommodated.

  3. Do you offer private Experiences?

    Yes, we do. Contact Elizabeth directly at (504) 578 8280 for rates and availability.

  4. Can I cancel and get a refund?

    Sorry, we do not offer refunds. However, if you’d like to swap your ticket for a later date, you may do so by calling Elizabeth at (504) 578 8280 no later than 24 hours before your purchased Experience or the Experience you wish to take (whichever is first).

  5. Is my ticket transferable?

    Yes, you may transfer your ticket to another party up to 24 hours before your Experience. Please call Elizabeth at (504) 578 8280 to arrange.

  6. Does The Cocktail Tour stop at any bars?

    No. While you will learn about the many of the French Quarter’s lovely watering holes, the tour will not stop at any bars.

  7. What happens with The Cocktail Tour if it rains?

    The tour goes every week regardless of the weather, so please dress appropriately. In the case of extremely bad weather, Elizabeth will contact you to reschedule or issue a refund.

  8. What do I need to bring with me to my Experience?

    Bring your order number from your confirmation email. Light refreshments and water will be provided; however, we recommend not showing up with an empty stomach (it is two hours of drinking, after all).

  9. Can I attend an Experience if I don’t drink alcohol?

    Yes, you can if you are over 21.

  10. Do I have to be 21 to attend an experience?

    Yes. No exceptions (sorry).

  11. How long does each tour or experience last?

    Each experience lasts approximately 2 hours

  12. Why do I have submit an email with my purchase?

    Because we have to send you a confirmation email with all of your tour info, including tips for making the most out of your experience. We may also contact you in the future with marketing materials, but we will never sell, trade, or rent your email address (or any other personal identification information) to others.
